An eye-catching building that people will travel to view the architecture and the uniqueness of the building alone! This venue will create employment, bringing something huge to our town to benefit our social scene and livelihood.

Hartlepool is a beautiful seaside town, with so much potential. Our town has History and Heritage, a beautiful seafront and marina however that alone is not enough for our town to bring all generations into Hartlepool to benefit our community, residents and employment. We need this venue to provide a landmark to our town.  Let’s bring people from neighbouring towns to travel to Hartlepool to spend time and money. Our town needs a venue which is centrally located with ample parking and close to our shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The former Jackson’s Landing would be a perfect location for this, with ample parking and close to all amenities. There are talks of moving our town’s leisure centre to the former Jackson Landing site however an iconic, multipurpose building will be more beneficial to our region. An iconic multi-purpose 21st Century building will put our town on the map for the right reasons, benefiting all including other businesses.
