If the treasury department can put together a $250 bill then by all means do it for Harriet Tubman while we wait for her $20 bill which cannot possibly be issued until 2030.  There is no reason for a delay in having a bill issued in her honor and it would be egregious to lose this opportunity to honor her on our 250th anniversary because Harriet Tubman was a True American Hero.
