Hanover College intends to invalidate all four-year parking permits that would otherwise be valid, and force these students to purchase new permits at a 700% price increase from the valid four-year permits which they have already bought and have yet to expire. We, the students of Hanover College, vow not to purchase new permits or pay the fines for not having the new permits, on the basis that we have already purchased four-year permits which have not run their course.
