The more than 8,000 signatures collected so far are not just a number, but represent a real community of people who care about the Soča River and are calling for fairer, more transparent and more sustainable access.

We would like to provide you with an important update.

 
Situation update
Over the past months, the situation regarding access regulations, permits, and restrictions on the Soča River has continued to evolve. At the same time, the discussion around costs, limitations, and river management has become increasingly relevant.

As operators and active members of this community, we are carefully evaluating all available tools to bring this issue into a more structured and formal level of discussion.

 
Possible future actions
At this stage, we are considering formal legal action aimed at requesting a comprehensive review of the current system, with particular attention to:

equal treatment of different user groups
proportionality of fees
transparency in the use of collected funds
non-discriminatory access to the river
These are important considerations that will be approached with full responsibility and care.

 
Possible community involvement
Before proceeding further, we believe it is important to involve those who have already shown support by signing the petition.

For this reason, we are exploring the possibility of creating a transparent legal support fund, dedicated exclusively to protecting access to the river and covering potential legal and administrative costs.
