Federal judges across the country are facing increasing threats and intimidation, fueled by dangerous rhetoric from political leaders. 

As the New York Times reports, federal judges overseeing politically charged cases have faced harassment, threats, and pressure, raising serious concerns about judicial independence: "the attempts at intimidation have taken many forms: bomb threats, anonymous calls to dispatch police SWAT teams to home addresses, even the delivery of pizzas, a seemingly innocuous prank but one that carries a message".

These attacks undermine the rule of law and set a dangerous precedent where decisions are influenced by fear rather than fairness.

This isn’t just about individual judges—it’s about the integrity of our justice system.

Judges must be able to do their jobs without political interference, intimidation, or retaliation. The justice system should serve the people—not any political agenda.

We demand from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and FBI to ensure all cases of threats and intimidation are thoroughly investigated.

We want to see a plan outlining a system that guarantees judges' and families' safety and security moving forward.
