In light of recent concerns about land use and protection, the Hamilton Conservation Commission will hold a vote on October 1, 2022 at TOWN MEETING regarding their revised CONSERVATION BYLAW.

On the Warrant is an updated and improved Conservation Commission Bylaw that will help to protect the Town’s fragile wetlands.  This revised Bylaw is a good step in the right direction and will pave the way for further open space and wetland protection and oversight.
