As you look at this image there are 3 thoughts that should come to mind:

• Should the 133 Essex Development pass, the nearby aquifer could be seriously impacted. All this water is unquestionably interconnected
• The planned density of homes "clogged' on the land could result in the detriment of lost natural resources to  nearby residents and the abutting towns of Essex and Manchester
• Raising this land to dirt, blasting, drilling and reforming this open space could have endless 'fall out' for years to come- long after the developer is gone

We are reaching a new fever pitch in the discussions with the Hamilton Planning Board and Con Comm. An Appeal has been sent to the Department of Environmental Protection siting the issues 'missed' with the Con Comm's "yes" vote last month. We assure you, we are not giving up. We continue to offer our expert knowledge to let decision makers grasp the impact of their final words: "Yay" or "Nay".

The Planning Board is now left to make a very serious decision. They are spending days, months and now over a year gathering and reviewing all evidence. It is a daunting undertaking for all. As they serve the Town of Hamilton and their constituents, they are left to make an epic decision that will be realized for years to come. Future generations will see if their choice was truly well constituted.
