We have just presented our STRONG opposition to this development in a Zoom call with the Hamilton Planning Board. It was our first public forum and by the feedback we've heard, it was an excellent start. Our speakers were well prepared and positioned, and delivered with sound facts and research.
MANY supporters such as yourself had to be turned away as WE HIT CAPACITY. But that is a good thing! There is a good, STRONG ground swell building and public outreach is showing its serious concern regarding the future health of this open space! For now, the owness is on the developer! He has to deliver better. MORE studies. MORE proof. MORE, MORE... MORE! There are too many questions unanswered. People want to know how this development can prove to be anything welcoming. The land, living species and watershed are in great jeopardy!
