As a Targeted Individual (TI) for many years, I have been subjected to covert harassment programs that employ various techniques including electronic harassment, stalking, and psychological manipulation. These programs aim to disrupt, control and destroy lives using insidious methods that leave victims vulnerable, isolated, and under constant surveillance. The most alarming of these techniques is the use of Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) or Brain Computer Interface (BCI). This technology allows for mind control without the consent or even awareness of its subjects.

The majority of our population is unaware that such invasive technology exists. It's a violation not only of privacy but also infringes upon all basic Human Rights as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by United Nations General Assembly in 1948. The use of RNM or BCI on innocent people who never gave their consent is an egregious breach.

We need to raise awareness about this issue and demand immediate cessation from authorities responsible for these covert operations. We must ensure transparency about any form of technology used on citizens without their knowledge or consent.
