I have sent the petition to Smart MLS president and asked her for an update on what they plan to do with the core logic Matrix application. Kathy said she will follow up with me 2 weeks ago. As of today, there has been no response from her and I will continue to try and reach her by phone to see if our concerns will prompt them to keep Matrix.
I have contacted the Smart mls desk to inquire why they are retiring core logic Matrix. The response was that the board members felt that Connect is a much better application as well as cost effective. This week I will be emailing the Board members requesting they keep core logic Matrix application on our dashboard.
To be a member of Smart MLS they require that we pay dues and be members of three associations, NAR, CTR & your local board. In the state of Ct this is not a requirement to be a practicing realtor.

I encourage you to contact Smart MLS and let them know that Connect application is not the solution. Matrix is the simple and effective solution for practicing realtors.
