We met with the developer's attorney 3 months ago and he presented us with the 3D rendering for this horror.  It does not belong on a residential street and 400 feet from my home.  Where are their delivery trucks, their employees, etc. going to park?  The parking that they are providing in construction will be barely enough for their guests.

We were told that the Zoning commission would likely approve their request for the use change and that we would have to go fight it in a hearing.

HEARINGS HAPPEN DURING THE DAY, downtown when people like you and me are working.  That's what they count on, that we will not be able to show up to stop them from ruining our quality of life.
