Specifically, to release the modelling underpinning their strategy, including the scientific evidence explaining their extreme actions. Beekeepers whose livelihoods have been significantly impacted, and the wider community, deserve to know on what basis these actions have been taken."

Bees are being killed at an alarming rate through NSW. The red zones are increasing, Fipronil traps are being put in the bush which kills native bees, insects, birds and mammals and stays toxic for three years. Yet the people are unable to see the scientific modelling underlying these extreme measures, there is no transparency.

The DPI has no plans of stopping and changing to a plan of management. It’s up to the people to get some attention on this.
