We are the residents of Liberty Park, a vibrant community of over 400 families in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the past five years, we have seen our Homeowners Association (HOA) dues increase at an alarming rate. These increases have been so significant that they are now outpacing inflation. In fact, our most recent increases were between 13 to 17% each year.

We believe that a select group chosen to represent us is being unduly influenced by property management and its representatives. This manipulation has led to these unjustified and burdensome fee hikes which are placing undue financial strain on many homeowners within our community.

The purpose of this petition is not just about stopping further fee increases; it's about reclaiming our rights as homeowners. We need transparency in how these decisions are made and fairness in their implementation.
