**Petition has been updated with a proposed change of location of 439 Second St E, The Parisien Manor, instead of 510 Second St the old Care Home. 

I also added part of the article written by the Standard Freeholder on March 1st, 2024 “We also wonder why the Parisien Manor site has not been proposed for transitional housing for the homeless. There are more rooms with washrooms available at this site, as well as kitchen facility, dining area, and lounging area. There would be a cost to renovating this facility; however, the costs associated with Massey Commons are also very high, at an estimated $2 million to $5 million.”
