Lauren Poe set out rules for Aug 4th meeting for public comment on the three zoning-comprehensive plan items; Early public comment at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. can only be about morning and afternoon items, not the zoning items that begin about 5:30 p.m. After a staff presentation, the public can comment for four hours total, by phone and in person, only once on all three. Then the commission will discuss and vote. They'll add a few chairs and send staff out and have chairs in the lobby and the basement.
