Grateful for the City of Richmond

UPDATE: We have spoken to the City of Richmond who have been very responsive and helpful. The Development Company failed to get several permits they are required to have before beginning this demolition of the trees and disrupting business for the small business owners on this property. We are grateful for the care they are taking to ensure that the transition of ownership on this property is done respectfully.
