Ordinance 26-13A Tabled: The Fight Will Continue
Please watch one of our young residents whose future council has not considered take them to task:
The pressure we placed on council led to Ordinance 26-24–prohibiting data centers in all zones on 7.27.26. This is merely one step in an unnecessarily protracted battle with council.
The proposed Ordinance 26-13a without data centers still presents the same problems. A 300,000 square foot warehouse is not a better option. We will undoubtedly experience environmental impacts, water table issues, property value reductions, increased traffic, and increased pollution.
North Brunswick Township occupies 10 square miles. Our residents do not want a warehouse the size of over 5 football fields affecting every aspect of suburban living.
Ordinance 25-13a will be reintroduced 8.27.26. We will not fatigue, forget, or fail to show up.
