We are local residents of Derry, NH, who are being adversely impacted by the unrelenting prowling of Dan's Towing in the parking lots of The Fairways Apartments. The decision by Makor Management that allows this company to operate in such a manner has caused undue hardship on individuals and families. This situation has cast an air of anxiety over our community.

Living in The Fairways Apartments is becoming strenuous due to the constant fear of having our cars towed. Families, young professionals, and elderly residents alike have been affected, interrupting the peaceful living we all expect and deserve. 

The act of allowing Dan's Towing to roam our parking spaces is not only disruptive, but it overwhelms local law enforcement, diverts resources from more serious issues, and negatively impacts the general atmosphere of The Fairways apartment community. It's time to bring back the serenity of our neighborhood and put an end to this unfair practice.
