The Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the South Bay Area Plan (SBAP) project and Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR). A presentation and overview of the project will be given, and any interested person or authorized agent may appear and comment on the project at the hearing. The Regional Planning Commission will then consider a vote to approve or deny the project or continue the hearing if it deems necessary. Should you attend, you will have an opportunity to testify, or you can submit written comments to the planner below or at the public hearing. If the final decision on this proposal is challenged in court, challenges may be limited to issues raised before or at the public hearing.

Hearing Date and Time: Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

To provide written public comment for the record, send an email to comment@planning.lacounty.gov with the agenda  item number, first name, last name, email address, and phone number, and identify yourself as the applicant or not the applicant. Written public comments submitted prior to 12 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, will be provided to the Regional Planning Commission. Written public comments submitted after 12 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, will not be provided to the Regional Planning Commission but will be added to the public record.
