Lessingham Avenue Swinley is being threatened by House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) development, if this goes ahead then this will not affect this street but others around it, we know there will be more. The introduction of HMOs often result in increased noise, litter, and parking issues, posing extra challenges especially for the vulnerable and the young.
