The Public Forum to discuss 30 Sagamore Hill Drive is TONIGHT at town hall. The Village has stated that ONLY 71 people will be permitted in the room. 

GET THERE EARLY! Doors open promptly at 6pm. Get there BEFORE then!

If people other than residents get there 1st, residents won't be able to speak.

This doesn't end with Sagamore Hill Drive. There are more properties in the pipeline. This is not theoretical. It's happening. How much more overdevelopment can Manhasset Isle, Manorhaven, and the Port Washington area sustain? The answer is NO MORE! 

The case against this irresponsible overdevelopment is clear. Infrastructure, environmental issues, traffic, school crowding, safety, higher taxes. We need a comprehensive plan for all of our futures. A plan that puts residents first. 

Why should we give variances and concessions to developers to line their pockets?

Bring signs, bring your voices, bring letters!! Let the mayor and trustees know that you want a plan that puts residents first.
