I wanted to take this opportunity to draw attention to the letter I received last night, as I am sure many of our Hampton East Residents have also received.

I have not consented to be on this company's mailing list, and will be reporting them to the Australian Media and Communications Authority.  

Please be on the look out for developers sending unsolicited mail.  They will target neighbours to secure adjacent properties and properties that present the best development opportunities.  

The government has pressed play on what will be the most catastrophic change in Melbourne's history.  

Please talk with each other, please hold fast to your beautiful homes and beautiful gardens, together we can salvage what is left of our iconic "Australian" suburbs before it is all gone.
