Another girl has come forward to Hali identifying Jacob Graves Langston

A girl came to Hali today at work and said Jacob attacked her a while back and Bay County, Panama City, Florida did nothing. Someone please get Jacob off the streets! Vienna, IL could be where he is. He's with his father, the retired law enforcement officer, who sources tell me is where Jacob learned his behavior. Please help!
