Whereas the international community has imposed an illegal, unconstitutional, and incompetent de facto prime minister heading the current unpatriotic government rejected by the Haitian people;

Whereas this de facto government has worked closely with the Core Group and the armed groups to render the lives of Haitians unlivable; 

Whereas the need for finding permanent solutions to the humanitarian problems and the insecurity issues in Haiti is urgent; and

Whereas we categorically oppose any type of foreign occupation of Haiti’s territory;

We, therefore, ask the United Nations to deny the request for foreign military intervention in Haiti as formulated by Dr. Ariel Henry and his ministers who are human rights violators, traitors, and illegitimate representatives of the Haitian people.
