Arkansas! We’re almost there!

Arkansas adopted a bill that provides the right to visitation whether or not a loved one is in a guardianship or conservatorship. Thank you Representative Beck for your support and leadership in getting this bill through. It will make a huge difference in many people's lives. The bill passed the Arkansas Senate by a vote of 34-0 today! I propose we re-introduce THE PETER FALK BILL: Which will allow ongoing evaluation for quality-care, improvement of carer and family knowledgebase, clarity for the Q&A, overall-empowerment and fairness. This Bill monitors: quality-caregiving, access to Medical Health-Care-Provisions, allows mediation, connecting in the moment with passionate family members, re-gaining a positive character for the Ward. Reduces depression, neglect, loss of dignity, and wandering of the Ward and for those with physical and mental disabilities, under guardianship or conservatorship. Giving a voice to the voiceless! There are three bills that the Falk~NASGA team worked tirelessly with their sponsors in Colorado, Utah and South Dakota. These three bills are the most extensive for your review, upon request via email: (r4l.author.management@gmail.com) I hope that you will consider sponsoring this bill and look forward to hearing from you. Much Love to all of our supporters #R4L #PJ http://rebirth4love.com
