The health of our oceans are in jeopardy. With the increasing rates of pollution, overfishing, climate change, the marine ecosystem faces unprecedented threats. 

Shall the deterioration of our ocean health continue, we expect to see a significant loss of biodiversity, leading to an extinction of numerous marine species. Not only will marine animals be affected, but so will us humans, as we face economic hardships due to the decline of fishing and tourism, threatening food security. In addition to this, the destruction of our oceans would exacerbate climate change, increase health risks from polluted waters, and heighten coastal erosion and flooding.

The Deep Blue Movement calls for immediate action to save our oceans. Delaying this process could lead to irreversible damage, jeopardizing the health of not just our seas, but our entire planet. It is imperative that we, the people, make a change now for the well-being of current, and future generations.
