Provinciale Staten besluit definitief voor afschot/decision is final deer and horses will be culled

Het is er dan toch van gekomen. Ondanks pogingen andere oplossingen verder te overwegen wil de meerderheid van de leden van Provinciale Staten Flevoland (VVD, de Socialisten, GroenLinks, CDA, Gereformeerden etc...) in november beginnen met afschot van méér dan 1000 jonge en gezonde herten en ook een aantal paarden. Voorzover blijven de koeien buiten schot. Wij zijn geschokt dat zo weinig rekening is gehouden met deze dieren, hun welzijn, hun leven en met de mening van het publiek. Op deze petitie is niet gereageerd, door géén enkele partij. De petitie blijft bestaan en we zullen u op de hoogte houden wat betreft de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen en het afschot uiteraard. Verder hebben wij een soort van persbericht samengesteld in het engels (zie foto) . U vindt de tekst op de website: http://forestsfromfarms.org/reset-oostvaardersplassen.php . De Nederlandse versie en de Franse staan op facebook. Zie hieronder de links. Wij zouden jullie willen vragen deze teksten zo veel mogelijk te delen op de sociale media ook bij uw vrienden en bekenden in het buitenland zodat men overal weet wat er in Nederland gebeurt. Blijf erover praten zodat dit hele verhaal niet in de la verdwijnt. Aan de Spaanse, Italiaanse en Duitse versie wordt nog gewerkt. Wij laten dit nu niet meer los. Wij hopen jullie ook niet! Want SAMEN (wij werken in principe met iedereeen samen en steunen alle mensen en stichtingen die zich inzetten tégen afschot van gezonde en jonge dieren) staan we sterk. The decision is final. Despite attempts to further consider other solutions, the majority of the members of the Provincial Council Flevoland (liberals, socialists, greens, religious parties etc ...) wants to start in November with the shooting of more than 1000 young and healthy deer and also a number of the horses. We are shocked that so little consideration has been given to these animals, their welfare, their lives and the opinion of the public. The petition has totally been ignored. But it remains online for getting more signatures and to keep you informed about the latest developments and the culling of the animals. La décision est finale. Malgré les tentatives pour envisager d'autres solutions, la majorité des membres du conseil provincial du Flevoland souhaite commencer en novembre par la mise à mort de plus de 1000 cerfs jeunes et en bonne santé, ainsi qu'un certain nombre de chevaux. Nous sommes choqués par le peu d’attention accordée à ces animaux, à leur bien-être, à leur vie et à l’opinion du public. La pétition a totalement été ignorée. Mais elle reste en ligne pour obtenir davantage de signatures et pour vous tenir au courant des derniers développements et de l’abattage de ces animaux. De plus, nous avons écrit une sorte de communiqué de presse en anglais (voir la photo).
