75% of Kokomo Struggle to Just Survive

In a recent interview with a top board member at a local nonprofit that serves homeless it was estimated the the US mean average of people who work and cannot afford to pay thier bills is actually higher in Kokomo, more like 75%. How many of this number are walking, disabled, or trying to get to school? Please, fix our sidewalks dutyfree.
