Texas state Needs to issue a state-wide lock down. 

We do not want to be in a situation like new York. We are finding more and more cases day by day.

To prevent a situation similar to the rapidly degrading status in some states such as New York, we would like to petition for a stay at home order for residents, and closing of non essential businesses including closing of restaurants, bars, and malls (expect for "to-go-orders") and manufacturing companies

Since there is a lag between the implementation of an intervention and it's impact, we urge the Governor to proactively take this measure to get the situation under control.  it is imperative that we intervene as quickly as possible.

An early intervention will eventually help us keep the closure to a minimum and reduce the overall adverse health and economic impacts.

We have surpassed Spain and Germany in number of confirmed cases. If we don't do anything now, it will not take long to get to Italy's number.
