My fiancee was just convicted of  "aggravated assault" on police officer , and received a sentence of "30 years aggervated assault charge"  although wrongfully convicted , he hugged his family and said his "good-byes" ! And the deputy's took him away. He is a "aviation mechanic", by trade for 13 years. Was payed off until the case was taken care of. Obviously to be dismissed, because of his innocence. Parker county didn't think so , Jay didn't receive a fair trial. The arresting officer got a nose bleed while they attempted to take Jay down to the ground. They officers clearly bumped there heads together , resulting in the officers nose bleed . Clearly,  unintentional , Jay was charged with aggervated assault of police officer. Jays inadequate attorney convinced Jay to take it to jury trial, Jay took his legal advice and plead not guilty but in return was found guilty  and was sentenced to prison for 30 years . Jay is a law biding citizen, no felony charges ever in his life.. He was given a life sentence. For his first offense. His date of release states the year 2050  ! His two boys will be grown and married with children. The police in weatherford are malicious and have gotten away with it once again..  Please help Jay to get justice by getting a fair trial or a full  pardon of innocence by our states governor.  Thank u and God bless ..
