Charlotte is a joy to have in our neighborhood. A neighbor complained and now Charlottes fate is in question. The neighborhood children are excited to take walks to see her everyday and feed her. She is someone’s family member and beloved pet. We must keep Charlotte in our neighborhood. She gives people joy. And we need that in our lives.
