Quick update on the petitions progress;

I have had a reply from Network Rail explaining that the decision to use a Network Rail card lies with the operating company, in this case Avanti West Coast. 

The reference number for this case is 30429387 if anyone needs to know it.

I am contacting Avanti West Coast to see what can be done.
