Starting a petition for my daughter Morgan Riker to receive a CIH waiver from the state of Indiana which will provide her with the ability to stay home with services such as respite, behavioral services, day hab for adults and staffing at home and to doctors for medical care, due to her intellectual disabilities, autism, epilepsy mood disregulation disorder, dravet syndrome and aggressive behaviors. 

We have been denied by FSSA 3x due to reasons of them saying we need to be sure that her other waiver is being used in the best way (which it offers 14 hours a week so we use that for assistance to Dr appointments). Also they want her to further her education (she graduated from special needs class in high school and any further education isn't appropriate for her, shes a liabilty to staff and other students due to aggression ) and we need to be in contact with wrap around services (which we've been denied 2x from them in the past cause she's to low functioning for them). Last but least a group home( which we have a referral in however there's only one that meets her needs with a possible 10 year waiting list.)

I submitted several doctor statements stating that she is an assist of 2 people due to intellectual disabilities, autusm, elopement and aggressive behaviors, we currently live alone with no extra help.
