Hi folks,

I emailed NARPO this morning to ask when the court date is likely to confirmed i.e., whether the applicants’ appeal will be heard on the 29th or 30th of November 2022.

Apparently, “The Court date won’t be announced until 24 hours beforehand, so it could be either day.”

Not exactly helpful for those of us travelling long distances to attend or those having to juggle a busy schedule; at least now we can have some form of contingency plan in place.
