Hi folks,

All of the evidence has now been presented to the High Court Judge. As you would expect nothing said during the proceedings of the last 2 days can be shared, but it was all very interesting.

We have done all we can and now we wait for 8-12 weeks for a decision. As soon as that decision becomes available to me I shall of course update you.

Some supporters (team members) are not receiving my updates - I would be grateful if you could pass on this update to everyone that may be interested.

I hope with all of my heart that my next update will be good news; whatever the outcome it is bound to be a lot longer than this one...
