I posed the question a while ago regarding how long we could expect to wait for a decision following the Judicial Review that will take place 5/6th April in the High Court.

The following information has been circulated by Alan Lees NARPO  CEO to NARPO branches:

"Dear Colleague

I met with our legal team yesterday afternoon to discuss the forthcoming proceedings.

Myself and our President, Richard Critchley, will attend Court for both days.

Our legal team has said that they estimate to have the judgement eight to twelve weeks after the Court proceedings. This information is so we can manage Members’ expectations on when we may have a decision.
I have updated our website accordingly."
