I am writing this petition because I want to help an individual I deeply admire, Omar Navarro. He is a bold Republican who bravely challenged Maxine Waters for Congress. Recently, he became a victim of what I believe is selective prosecution by the Department of Justice, similar to the situation faced by George Santos. Both have been convicted of wire fraud; however, Omar Navarro's treatment appears to be disproportionately harsh.

George Santos, who faced a similar charge, had his 7-year sentence commuted by President Trump after serving only a few months. This act of mercy is commendable, and I firmly believe that Omar Navarro deserves the same consideration. Omar's dedication to fighting for conservative values is undeniable, and he should not be silenced or punished unfairly because of it.

Omar is facing sentencing this December for a campaign-related charge, and it's imperative that we speak up now. As citizens who value justice and fairness, we must challenge this example of selective prosecution and show that our legal system should hold and apply its standards uniformly, without partiality.

Let us remind the system that consistency in justice is crucial for maintaining trust among the public.
