The Issue

Arslan "Ash" Siddique didn’t come from comfort—he came from hustle. Growing up in Lahore with little access to international esports resources, Arslan had the odds stacked against him. During his first major tournaments, he traveled with barely any money, skipped meals, and went hungry—literally.

He had a small sponsor, but it was barely enough to cover expenses. Despite this, Arslan kept grinding, fueled only by passion, faith, and an unmatched skill in Tekken.

In 2019, he broke all limits: he won both EVO Japan and EVO USA, becoming the first player ever to do so in the same year. He put Pakistan on the global esports map and became a legend overnight. His win wasn’t just for him—it was for every kid dreaming of greatness despite having nothing.

But here we are in 2024—he’s once again being held back.

Denied a visa for EVO Japan.

Blocked from competing on international stages—again.

How is this still happening?

Has Pakistan not evolved in six years?

Do systems still fail those who’ve already proven themselves?

This isn’t just about gaming. This is about opportunity, representation, and fairness. Arslan has done his part—it’s time the world did theirs.

Sign this petition to help remove visa barriers for Arslan Ash and make sure no talented athlete is ever sidelined by paperwork again.
