It has been a long and stressful term, the stresses of working in education remain all around us and of course Ofsted is a big part of that, as this story has evolved over the last few weeks, with the addition of the update on the pay offer, many of you will have gone through an Ofsted inspection and if anyone is feeling raw and desperate after that experience, please reach out and don't suffer alone, reach out to colleagues, reach out to your family, reach out anonymously on Twitter/Facebook etc but do reach out.
There are still people signing everyday, and that shows that the subject is important to you all, so lets keep it going.
