STOP. That’s a contradiction.
• The House of Commons is part of the federal government.
• It benefited from the outcome of the election and cannot investigate itself without conflict of interest.
• The last time this was tried, we got the whitewashed Rouleau Report.
⚠️ Fatal Flaw: You don’t ask the suspect to run the investigation.
✅ Real Justice: Must come from outside the political machine.
⚠️ C. THE PETITION GETS DERAILED BY IMMIGRATION POLICY
Includes demands to:

• 2(b) – freedom of speech (including lawful investigation)

• ✅ Website/system crashes at Elections Canada

✅ WHAT A GRAND JURY CAN DO THAT PARLIAMENT WON’T:
• Subpoena testimony and evidence
• Swear witnesses under oath
• Issue Presentments (public findings of misconduct)
• Refer charges to legitimate courts or lawful action
• Bypass government delay, denial, and cover-up
