Overview:
Hospitals across Canada have engaged in systematic involuntary euthanasia of vulnerable patients — including the elderly, disabled, and poor — through unauthorized sedation, unnecessary intubation, and covert death protocols.

Patients breathing on their own were sedated with powerful drugs (e.g., Midazolam, Morphine) and intubated unnecessarily, leading to rapid death. Families were blocked from bedside access, consent was bypassed or falsified, and deaths were misrepresented on medical records.

These practices echo historical "Useless Eater" policies targeting those deemed a burden on the system, and have continued outside of any lawful MAiD framework.

Evidence includes active wrongful death lawsuits, ombudsman complaints, and whistleblower reports confirming systemic abuse.
