For the past 12 months the current premier of victoria Daniel Andrews has dismissed parliament and plunged the state into economic disrepair under the guise of public protection from a global pandemic. Daniel Andrews has consistently failed in both leadership and control of the entire HQ system in which has now failed 3 times at the hands of those on charge. 

Daniel Andrews consistently provides misleading and confusing information contrary to what is officially released including the most recent "circuit breaker" lockdown period in which a 5 day lockdown was announced but official legal documents state 14 days and endangers the entire state causing unrepairable mental, financial and community damage. These unjust lockdowns have caused divide within the community, caused many permanent business closures.

We the people of victoria petition the Victorian governor, the honourable Linda Dessau AC to exercise her discretionary powers to remove the current premier of Victoria Daniel Andrews as a minister and member of parliament and to call for an urgent vote or appoint an independent party to the office of premier until such time as a public vote can be held. 

We petition this request based on the dismissal of parliament by Daniel Andrews and on the grounds Daniel Andrews does not act on the Westminster system not follow the rules of parliament under the current Westminster system therefore he has become rogue and no longer represents the Victorian people nor serves the people for which he had been elected to serve.
