Great news, according to the Alabama Public Health, is that they posted an increase of 525 satisfactorily completed positive tests today (sarcasm). 525 people out of 4.9 MILLION who live in Alabama. It can still cost over $300 just to get to a test as well. We aren't doing it right, Alabama!
