Hey all, NYSUT's president just tweeted about the proposed program cuts at Fredonia; the Fredonia administration is seeking input from shared governance leadership on questions regarding the process for reviewing administrative proposals; Fredonia students are flooding social media; Fredonia student journalists are covering this story better than any other news media. I've never seen so much interest in coordinating efforts and maximizing leverage before any New York State Governor's State of the State Address in my 25 years at Fredonia.

That said, the pace of new signatures is slowing down. Please take some time this weekend to remind people you know that signing the petition is one of the simplest and easiest things they can do to concretely support Fredonia students, faculty, and staff. Even if they don't sign, they may be more willing to support or join future actions.
