With the SB 1437 petition if a inmate is eligible can petition the court and the district attorney can have their conviction resentence. Under this bill inmates who were sentence to alot of years including life have been released under this new bill. Randolph has told me that he has been seeing people who got years in prison get out. If your were a accomplice involved in a murder and didn't kill intentionally you have a greater chance of being release and based on some special circumstances. The theory that was used in your case has alot of meaning when it comes to this petition and the  restore Justice team has been visiting every California state prisons since it's passing. Randolph now has this petition and the California Innocence project of San Diego working to free him.
