Now that I'm getting better acquainted with how the courts work and the judicial system I think I have a clear understanding as to why the courts fail to reverse his sentence and atleast retry or at least  resentence randolph even though you can see its clearly and convincing evidence that he is innocent but to the courts it's considered not because its not new evidence they won't take witness recanted testimony's even on declaration and they won't except the fact that the jury misconduct and the prosecution misconduct caused a man to be wrongfully convicted they want DNA as new evidence that's it. How do you expect evidence of DNA when there was no DNA evidence and all the evidence you have on file was destroyed by the same ones who Collected the evidence so again I ask what evidence do you have to keep willis Randolph jr detained, Nothing and the fact that it's costing taxpayers millions for his wrongfully incarceration;  you still choose to pretend that the trial courts orders were in deed correct is what i consider Injustice and unethical. Stop looking at what the prosecution has to say sometimes and do your own homework how fair is it to go to face a judge alone against 4 or 5 judges. Court rooms across the U.S. judges have one sided views on a persons life without even hearing your plea, and what does the prosecution have to say GUIlTY then your GUILTY. There really needs to be a consequence for misconduct amongst judicial employees including and especially for judges who rule and sentence unjustly. I thank all supporters for having our back in this fight for innocence. Keep sharing the petition. Have a wonderful evening.
