Prosecutorial Misconduct has affected it's way through our courts system and still remains a huge issue today but even more so relevant back in the 1980's and 90's. Willis Randolph Jr is innocent and has been wrongfully convicted due to prosecutorial misconduct, prosecutors coerced testimonies in exchange for lienecy, they fabricated a story pitch line to use against Randolph. Their theory was "Murder For Hire", well my theory for the prosecution is " You Just Say This And All Charges Against You Dismissed". Yes people it's that simple, I mean why wouldn't anyone take that offer especially if your charges are serious that your facing, you can't afford no one to represent you besides the same public defender who is defending 100 million other cases in the same day. Your odds at becoming a jail house informant is somewhere between 90-95 percent, because who wouldn't wanna be free so the odds are higher in working with the police than against. What's even more obvious to the fact that my theory is 100% the truth is because of one man who suppose to been a witness against Randolph name Raymond Anthony Lewis, got on the witness stand and told the whole prosecution plot right in front of the judge, jury, defence and the media; Boom I bet district attorney oppliger and investigator chavez minds were blown yet in fury and with that being said; yes of course prosecution denied  and that was it, no further objections to the fact that this man just said that they had threatened him if he didn't testify against Randolph and how investigator Chavez had made up the story for him to use to testify and how district attorney oppliger offered him lienecy for testifying against Randolph. If that didn't throw up a few red flags then what would?.Prosecutorial misconduct can cost a innocent man his life, dignity and family. If this is what we call justice in our judicial system then we are all doomed. This is a issue and it needs to be addressed and reformed with laws and Prosecutorial consquences enforced.
