My husband's attorney recently filed an appeal based on the eyewitness testimony and ineffective counsel in my husband's case there was no inperson line up done there were no photos shown of suspects to this so called "eyewitness" and of course you are going to identify the only person sitting at the defense table once in proceedings.... without question his due process was violated if their eyewitness was so strong why not do an identification prior to trial that just shows how flawed the judicial system is and our loved ones are paying the price for it unfortunately my husband's appeal was denied based on the courts stating it should've been mentioned in the initial proceedings well thats INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL is it not? Not to mention the TWO hung jury’s this case was clearly mishandled and We will never give up fighting my husband deserves to be home with his wife and now 2 children who love and need him please continue to sign and share the fight continues #Teamknox
