Thank you all for signing this petition! I know some may have seen a like petition on citizengo, but that site does not seem to work as dependably. Plus they allow much more detail here!  
BTW, the text of the petition is taken from a short article I have been working on for years. I pick it up from time to time and try to make it an easier and quicker read. But it is hard to boil a mans likfe down into few words and still do him some form of justice.
Maybe once we get over a few thousand I can share the entire article here.
