Today we received this message: I am not a cancer patient but I see an oncologist. I was in ICU for most of December . I had hundreds of bilateral PEs and DVTs . I am on social security disability due to a major MVA in 2012. Since then I have had one surgery after another. I do have Medicare... But medicare says bcbs is to be my primary. And bcbs went to the HMO and changed my PCP. I. Am in east TX and see all of my drs within the Trinity Mother Francis system. I have seen some of these drs over 10 yrs. Bcbs doubled my monthly premium and decreased my coverage. I am having so much trouble with them. I have to have blood drawn very frequently due to The blood clots and expensive medicine. I don't really have any options for other doctors in my area.
